Requirements: An interest in aerospace engineering, rocketry, aerodynamics, space exploration and technology, science, model rockets, RC (radio-controlled) airplanes, and/or "quadcopter"-style "drones".

Description: Meet once a week to discuss aerospace topics, participate in watch parties for rocket launches, build model rockets, and learn to fly radio-controlled ("RC") model aircraft.

Blalack Anime and Manga club’s goal is to expose students to Japanese culture through reading manga and watching anime adaptations. Students will also engage in other activities that will further students' knowledge on Japanese customs, traditions, and language as well as provide a safe space for students to share their own artwork, writing, and interests in the anime/manga genre.

Description: Bear Buddies is a club whose purpose is to provide opportunities for socialization for students who live with unique challenges. Bear Buddies is a club where students come to hand out and be inclusive to all students no matter ability!

Description: We hope to help LGBT+ kids as well as family/friends/allies of the LGBT+ community in our school feel welcomed and accepted. The purpose of the club is to be a safe space for discussion about LGBT+ issues and current events for all students. Discussion must be positive, productive, and kind.

Description: Builders Club is the largest service organization for middle school and junior high students, with more than 45,000 members worldwide. Members learn to work together and develop servant-leaders skills as they serve their school and community. Throughout the year we will be doing service projects.

Description: Pen & paper, table top, adventure role playing game. One person acts as Dungeon Master (DM) and tells a story while others, Players, act as adventurers who are presented with a job to do.

Description: The mission of the Esports Club is to build a supportive community for students interested in the esports / gaming ecosystem. The club will provide its members not just opportunities to improve their esports / gaming skills but also for networking and team building. They will be competing against other teams their age.

Description: ALL Blalack students are welcome to join the Paw Prints Dance Club. We will do hip hop and STEP routines.  Dances will be performed at pep rallies and the spring dance concert as well as other performances.  Students need to maintain good grades.

Description:  Fun club where students create scenes/environments then film using their phone brief snippets of different scenes

To create footage they can piece together to make short films.

Bring your own Legos or clay---cardboard, markers, etc are provided.
